Yes, our park is pet-friendly as long as they stay on a lead around the park and are respectful to other owners.

We have a children's play park, a boat park, EV charging points as well as Wi-Fi. There is no additional charge to use the boat park; it is included in your site fees.

Yes. Our lodge owners often enjoy their holiday homes with children, grandchildren and different generations of the family.

Lodges become available occasionally, but with just 17 pitches, opportunities to become an owner are limited. Any current availability is listed on our Lodges for Sale page.

Tyddyn Talgoch is a holiday lodge park and not a residential park. Lodges are for holiday and leisure use rather than permanent residential occupation.

The main cost associated with owning a lodge / static caravan is the site fees. These vary across our sites and are billed to our customers annually. The other costs associated are the gas and electric, which are charged by the meter. New high speed wifi has been installed on the site, the rates are included in the site fees. We also carry out ground maintenance and landscape gardening throughout the site, all included in the site fees.

You are required to insure your lodge / static as per the conditions on the Site Agreement form. You will need to make sure you have 3^rd party liability cover, and the lodge is replaced for new.

No the land is owned by the park, you are buying the lodge with the right to occupy the pitch. This is providing the annual site fees are paid and you abide by the Park rules.

We will have a conversation when your lodge gets to 20 years old to look at upgrading your lodge / static onto a newer model or if you wish to leave the park, we can discuss this further as well.

The annual site agreement form details the procedure of selling your lodge / static.

They are, as long as this isn’t let out for money and the abide by our park rules.

No, we do not allow sub-letting on our parks.

No, we do not offer finance packages unfortunately. However, we do offer a pay monthly plan for our site fees.

Tyddyn Talgoch is located at the golf course end of Abersoch beach on the Llŷn Peninsula in North Wales.

Machroes beach in Abersoch is a short 10 minute walk from Tyddyn Talgoch.

Yes. The park is around a 30-minute walk to Abersoch village.

Abersoch offers beaches, watersports, coastal walks, shops, local cafés and restaurants. The area is particularly popular for sailing, paddleboarding and other watersports.

The Llŷn Peninsula has a wide variety of beaches, coastal walks, villages and attractions to explore. Popular destinations include Porth Neigwl, Porth Oer, Nefyn, Criccieth and Pwllheli.

The park has an elevated position overlooking Cardigan Bay, with views towards the mountains of Eryri. The views are one of the defining features of Tyddyn Talgoch.
